Ordering

- Make sure to be clear in your order, to avoid any confusion.
- Please provide neat and viewable reference pictures (I want to be able to see details), not a block of text.
- Don't ask me to replicate another style because I won't, if you don't like mine I suggest you don't buy anything from me.
- If you're interested in me for something commercial (15€/hr currently), contact me via e-mail. There's not a 100% chance that I will accept the job.
- I will send you a note confirming your order with the full price (all fee's included).
- I reserve the right to increase the commission prices any time I open.

Payment

- Pay via 'Goods and Services' via Paypal, or I can also request the payment if you'd prefer that.
- Don't try to bribe or haggle me for a discount or payment plan, I will NOT accept it and you WILL be ignored.
- All orders must be paid upfront, I won't start on your commission until I receive the full payment. For larger orders, a half now/half later agreement can be discussed.
- For commercial use, the payment will be a day's salary. I will keep track on my time worked during that day and send you the amount to pay. You have 24hrs to do so, as written below.
- If I don't hear back from you or recieve a payment within 24hrs I'm going to assume you're no longer interested, and your commission will be cancelled and someone else may take your spot.

Commission Process

- WIPs for approval and revisions will only be given if you request it in your order, or if I wonder something about the characters costume etc. WIPs will have a watermark, the finished artwork you recieve will not.
- It may take anywhere from a couple of days to over a couple months to finish your commission, depending on things such as health, family, character complexity, job, overall work on large & detailed orders or the order you're placed on my list. I will always update my clients on these things! I don't work on Sat/Sun~
- Your commission will be sent as a full-resolution Digital File, to your e-mail.

Costumer Satisfaction

- Small changes to the coloring/lineart can be made.
- Great changes that require me to essentially redraw your character(s) will come with an extra charge (+75% fee of the original price).
- There will be an additional charge If your references were unclear on something and you then wish to have it changed/altered or added (+30% fee).

Copyright/Usage policy

- I hold all copyright to the finished artwork, not the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.
- The commission may only be used by myself and the commissioner.
- If you're however looking for it to be commercial use, we will have to discuss things.
- You, the client, must agree to not: Use my art commercially (make money off of it, unless it's made for commercial use), take credit for it or give none at all (meaning not mentioning my name or linking to me, this includes commercial use), remove my personal signature & edit/alter the artwork without my permission (tracing it to upload included, doing it privately just to practice is however okay).
- I have the right to use your commission to promote myself by: Posting it on online sites, publish books with it & display it IRL. I will of course give due credit!
- If you want your commission to be private and not shown anywhere, I will charge a +40% privacy fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

- I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
- You have no right to cancel and demand a refund from me under any circumstances after the payment has been recieved and I've started the work.
- If the payment hasen't been sent yet, you are allowed to cancel the commission.
